So I think this officially punts me over the edge and into raging Avatardom. But seriously, I am utterly and completely addicted. My roomie and I were talking about how this rag-tag collection of teenaged exiles, runaways, and political enemies-of-the-state could end up ruling the world (if they live that long).So This is sort of a "10 years later, having their portrait done for political reasons" type thing. I guess. *Shrugs* Or whatever.
BTW, I've always liked Zuko cause he = lmfao. But lately Zuko = somebody needs to b*tch slap that boy. like, woah.

they look so awesome!! specially the girls - dresses, acessories, everything. well, Toph looks to girly, but still great. Loved Katara's hair. liked evryone's faces, and Aang looks perfect!he would totally look like this.

I agree- Suki would straighten them both out in a jiffy. Are you excited or unhappy about the branch off series? I'm SUCH an addict of the original that I'm a bit of both...

I'm like you - I'm both excited and unhappy. I like leaving it up to the fans to imagine what happened after the series and I feel like Korra is going to solidify too many things. There's also the worry that it won't live up to the original and will instead be a sad imitation. But then of course there's the chance that it will be AWESOME!

I know! As much as I don't agree with some of them, I like having all the fan theories of what happened rather than what actually happened. Speculation makes characters immortal, I think, while this is going to cement the fact that Aang is dead (along with several of the other characters, I'm sure. For instance, no Iroh! DX What are we going to do without him!?! D'
I like the fact that the next avatar is a girl, but I dislike her resemblance to Katara (I mean, even their NAMES are alike!). I didn't like her very much, especially as the series went on, so their similarity turns me off. However, I do like that Korra isn't a twig but actually has muscle in addition to her bone.

It's a beautiful piece. Aang's grin is greatness, Toph and Katara look great. Toph's forced smile is hilarious! Zuko is all like, "Is the picture done yet I want to spend some private time with Katara?" (Some of my own fangirl thoughts in there.) Sokka is glaring at Zuko out of the corner of his eye all, "Get away from my sister now!"
