They are different species of wolves like
Starscream and Soundwave are sleek characters so I was thinking about desert wolves
Megatron was an big Character bulky and powerful so I was thinking about the Big wolves in america big wolf hybrid
Bulkhead was an bulky character too, but he was smaller than megatron so just big fluffbutt
Knockout was an diva.....totally diva....so I was thinking about making him an husky/wolf hybrid but maybe he was european wolf/desert wolf hybrid or something XD

I love them all!!!!!! (ok not all, Screamer does look cool but his personality is more ugly than Megs' battle scarred face) Knockout looks so much like a husky in my opinion. Soundwave looks so regal, Breakdown....poor breaky don't got both eyes, the poor boy QwQ Β Meg's looks close to kicking Screamy's ass for yet again another failure.
