Hey, I don't know why you're telling me this because it's not my concern that you can't watch Hetalia or not.
I gave you some options that I think you might be able to use to watch it(for example, on the Internet instead of TV,)
and it doesn't seem like it's gonna work for you(or you don't want to make it work?), so I have no way to help you and I don't want to spend my time thinking of ways either.
So please, stop shouting your frustration at me, and maybe look up about what Hetalia is all about on Wikipedia or something??
You can look at stuff and make an account, and comment on dA, I don't see why you can't look it up or Google it yourself.
