Oekaki(お絵描き) just means "Drawing" or "Draw" in Japanese.
I'm not sure why they made this word into a category...
SAI is a oekaki tool on the digital base programs if that's what you're asking?
Or are you asking me what paintbrush I used?? or what color chart??

Well, I know it's confusing -- and I apologize. I'm just one of those people who just gets frustrated by miscats.
You are correct about the Japanese definition, but originally, the intent of the oekaki category on dA was to provide a place for those "old" Java programs (completely browser based) that make tiny pokey images (smaller than even Paint Tool Sai can make)-- called "oekakis". (Check out Oekaki BBS (www.oekakibbs.com/) , 2draw.net (2draw.net/) or oekaki.nl (www.oekaki.nl) for some oekaki websites.).
If you check the categories on dA, there are a couple of places where drawings made by SAI would go. For example, if you read the submission category for Anime & Manga/Digital Art/Drawings/, then you would see it described as: "Manga and Anime drawings created by using computer programs such as paint Tool SAI or Photoshop." So yes, SAI is a drawing tool but it is not an oekaki as such according to dA. On the other hand, the category you placed this deviation in is described by dA as "Manga and Anime artworks created through the use of oekaki online forum boards such as OekakiBBS, PaintBBS, and ShiPainter or programs such as MS Paint."
Let me just close by saying that you are a terrific artist and I hope you keep it up. But please make sure you place the artwork in the right category next time.
