Description
So I felt the urge to do a running cycle! Since days of work I´m finally done with it and I´m actually pretty proud. It has some issues of course but that´s due to my lack of knowledge of how to do such a animation.This is a Lumee, a species I did:

The knees don't bend so it makes the entire thing look stiff and robotic

I´m more of a illustrator so it would be cool if I could draw for a book that is already written. Maybe I´ll get the chance at some point.

As for critique, everything looks really good. The only thing that looks a bit off are the hind legs, they look a little stiff.
Bending them a bit more when they are coming back to the front would make it look more natural.
Your lumee legs look similar to those of deer or horses so you can take references from their running motions ;u;

Oh yes, it took me a while. Also I worked absolutely unprofessional. I bet I could´ve saved me some time 
The front legs where a little stiff to but I added some more frames to make it more fluid. For the hind legs it was already to late unfortunately. I think it already began with the sketches but well, now I know better
And I used a cat reference where the legs work a little different so maybe this leaded to the issues with the legs.

I´m in art school too but it´s more supporting classic art. Printing, working with wood and plaster is nice too though
And yeah those legs really look more like deer legs. I just think deers run different. I guess my thing has a mix of fox/horse/deer legs

I like to leave this to the people but for me I think they are omnivores, living in different habitats which probably has an impact on their look. And I guess they are shy but curious creatures who usually don´t live in groups
