Ok, for anime or realistically?
Anime hands are pretty simple. They are usually smoother and less defined (?) than real hands, and have more curves. Same with the bodies. When I look at my art, the heads are usually a bit smaller than the shoulder width, and about as tall as the, uh, what do you call it? Elbow to wrist. My bodies are about 5 heads tall, both male and female (I rarely draw males) Hope this helped!
