I know that in Fantasma's bio she left for the US to do her hero career but I'm thinking she could have worn this outfit early if she did any early superheroing in Brazil.

Hmm, haven't given it much thought. Figured she went to school, worked some regular jobs, dated. Tried to have a normal life, but found herself continually interested in superheroics until she couldn't resist anymore. Decided to move to Paradigm for a better shot at it.
