It was no secret that Donghae could be such a child sometimes. The others had admitted it. HE even admitted it. For someone that has been through a lot, he really was a cheerful immature person.

Perhaps that's what drew you to him.

Perhaps that's why you were so upset to see him sad and stressed out.

Normally you were the mature one in the relationship, but this time it looked like the tables had turned; his goofy childish ways always made you smile, now it looked like it was your turn to do the same.

Donghae shuffled quietly through the door, jacket hanging loosely in one arm. You ran up to him and hugged his tight, tense body. He put a hand on the back of your head softly and forced a thin, almost nonexistent smile.

"Oppa! You're home! I'm so happy to see you!"

"Hi jagiya. Did you keep yourself busy today?" He asked.

You shook your head. "Mm-mm. I missed you, and I was bored. Are you hungry?"

His stomach growled in response but he shrugged as he hung up his jacket. "Not really. Not yet."

"...but I'm making your favorite! Want to make it together?"

"No thanks...I'm tired, I'll just go to bed...."

You followed him like a puppy, anxious to be noticed and feeling horrible that he wasn't even cracking a smile. He walked into the kitchen and didn't even look at the food being prepared. You ran in front of him and gazed expectantly into his eyes while wriggling your body like a shy cute kid.

"But I dont know how to make it all the way! Come on, it will be fun~"

He shook his head. "I'm really tired." He continued walking past you into the main living room. Fists clenching in anger you growled low in your throat. He was being such a PAIN! You made loud, exaggerated chopping noises with the knife on the chopping board, suddenly yelping in mock pain.

"Ow!"

"What happened?" Came the forced reply.

Trying to hold back your rising irritation you whined pitifully. "Oppa~ I think I cut my finger. Can you come make it better?"

Silence. Before long he mumbled "How serious is it?"

That was it. You turned off the boiling water and stomped out of the kitchen angrily to your room, crawling under the blankets.

"Jagiya...? Are you in here?" You didn't answer, still furious. "I see a lump." He teased, opening the door a little bit. You rolled over as he came and sat next to you on the edge of the bed, and when he tried to touch your hair you yanked the comforter over your head.

"Go away."

"Please, dont be like this."

"Its not fun to be ignored is it?"

"What are you-" he broke off, thoughtful, before patting your side. "Oohh...that's why."

"I dont like you being so serious, Donghae. Its boring. And mean. I liked how you were before, when we met. The Donghae I know and love."

"What was that?"

You uncovered your face and sighed. "The silly, kid-loving, prank-pulling, always hungry, pouty faced fish-boy that I liked. Now you're just a jerk."

He leaned down next your ear and whispered. "I'm sorry." Before placing a kiss on your head. You pulled the covers up again. He inhaled deeply before yelling and jumping on your body, legs holding you down while he picked you up, blanket and all. You were stuck in a big cocoon.

"Yah! What the hell are you doing!?"

"You wont listen to me!"

"With good reason!" You squirmed.

"Shush! I thought it annoyed you when I was like that. The others said I should stop being like that all the time. If they said that to my face, I figured you were just being polite and felt the same even if you didn't say anything. I'm sorry, sorry sorry~" he squeezed you tighter and tighter until it was really suffocating, holding you with his legs crossed and his arms locked. "Mmph!" He let your head pop out of the blanket but held your arms firmly.

"Ah! You babo! I know who you are, and its cute. So be that way again, please?"

He looked in your eyes before smiling, genuinely this time. "Mkay. Mianhae jagiya, how can I make it up to you?"

"Well...we could play a game!"

"Okay!"

"...8...9...10! Okay, I'm coming!"

Donghae heard your footsteps upstairs and smirked, knowing you were in his bedroom. He pretended to make loud noises like he was searching for you as he slowly made his way upstairs. He heard you giggle when he knocked on the door before slowly turning the knob.

"Hmmm...could she be in here? I wonder..." He saw the obvious lump under his blanket and snickered. "A-ha!" He jumped on it, pinning it to the bed with his body weight, only to sit up in shock when he heard a loud squeak. Tearing off the blanket, he saw a teddy bear under it.

"What the-"

"YAH!!!"

You lunged from the closet and jumped on him, quickly covering him with a blanket so his arms couldn't move. You both rolled over, wrestling, until you two ended up on the floor laughing hysterically.

"Yah! You scared me!"

"I wiiiin~ that means you have to wash dishes!"

"No way!"

"Guys!" Ryeowook's voice echoed up the stairs. "Dinner's ready!" he had obviously taken over the pre-started dinner. Donghae poked you in the side before jumping up and running for the door.

"Race ya!"

"Get back here!"

You ran after him and jumped on his back so he had to half carry you downstairs. Ryeowook looked at the two of you panting and laughing before shaking his head. "You guys are so immature..."

You looked at Donghae and he looked at you, both of you smiling. "We know."
