Yeah. This is basically a retweaked version of a previous pic I did. This is Divalk (real name: Shunichi Kobayashi).

There are some notable differences from the previous version of this pic. Here, his outfit is a much darker blue. Plus, he's smirking. Furthermore, he is 12 years old. Yep. He has been training in the art of ninjutsu ever since he was a toddler (around the age of 5) thanks to his mother Masuyo Kobayashi, as well as his adopted older sister Mai Yoshioka.
