These are my favorite cats in fiction. Let the list begin:

10. Sylvester (Looney Tunes): What can I say about Sylvester? Well, he's really funny, and he's always getting himself into all kinds of trouble, especially when he's trying to catch Tweety Bird.

9. Meowth (Pokemon): "Meowth! That's right!" For a Pokemon who is actually capable of human speech, I really love Meowth. He's also a Pokemon that I have to sympathize with, especially in the Pokemon anime episode "Go West Young Meowth".

8. Kintaro (Mortal Kombat): Yeah, I know it's kinda cheating, but I just couldn't help but add Kintaro to the list, because he's a tiger-like Shokan, and tigers are cats. If I ever had a pet cat, I would name him Kintaro, cause' ya know.

7. Top Cat (Hanna-Barbera cartoon of the same name): Ya can't go wrong with the classics. That's why Top Cat is on this list.

6. Rover (Animal Crossing): Immediately when I first saw this character in Animal Crossing: City Folk, I started to really love him. He's so cute, I wanna cuddle him.

5. Heathcliff (franchise of the same name): Gotta love Heathcliff. He's awesome.

4. Garfield (franchise of the same name): What can I say about the lasagna-loving cat, Garfield? Well, he never fails to make me laugh. I enjoy reading the Garfield comics and watching the cartoons.

3. Danny (Cats Don't Dance): Now, here's the main star of Cats Don't Dance (one of the most underrated movies of all time), Danny. He's also like me because I'm kinda crazy.

2. Nicole Watterson (The Amazing World of Gumball): Nicole is a very well deserved mother. One example was when she kicked a crook's butt. How awesome is that?

1. Gumball Watterson (The Amazing World of Gumball): What do I have to say about Gumball? Well, he's so cute. I also love when he screams. Sometimes he screams like a girl, but I mean that in a good way. It's what makes him cute. He's yet another cat I wish I could hug.
