sans is back for puns to annoy Peashooter again.
Apparently sans is suppose to be buried, as peashooter stated. (I mean he wasn't in OVGmTH 2) But sans was bought back to life by some witches. And he's back for more

So, Undertale will be ported on PS4, so T decided to bring back sans if I'm making puns, and maybe other undertale characters, heck sans is probably will be appear prominently in OVGmTH 3
