By editing my Munkupuff, I managed to make the Rum Puff Tugger (Rum Tum Puffer? XD)
I tried to make him look a bit cocky, which I *think* worked.
EDIT - will update soon with a slight eye-lid difference.

I giggled the whole time I made him, seriously. I'm working right now on Ele, Etcy, and Jemima in a classic Powerpuff Girls pose right now, then I think I'll make a big Macavity puff
