First time I made a pic with added effects from a new program that a good friend of mine downloaded for me. In this case it's the blood effects. If you're curiors which program I used to make this effect, it is called "Inkscape". So to test it out, I decided to make a pic which is a parody from Dragonball with the "Kamehameha father-son", and then i added the effects through the program.
