Well it's getting up to prom/ball season and I'm feeling inspired! I decided to do some photoshopping to see what the DOA girls would look like in a prom-style dress of their favourite colour (according to Wikipedia). I found the dresses on various dress websites and altered the body/skin to fit the character.Here we have Helena from Tecmo's Dead or Alive series.

And hmm yes you make a good point about the dress...I was going for not as revealing as the other DOA girls, as Helena seems to have a bit more dignity haha, but it is actually quite plain. Well I might redo it some time bearing that in mind

And aww why did you choose to miss it? I really didn't enjoy prom or ball (apart from wearing a pretty dress haha) but it just seemed like something that everyone goes to as part of the main school memories.

I chose to miss my high school prom because at the time of my life in high school, I pretty much chose to be a recluse. I didn't want to get involved in school activities or go to the prom because... I had to dress up and I didn't want to .
There was a girl who did ask me out, and I just said no because I refused to wear a suit.

That's fair enough. I'd have done the same if I was brave enough, since I was sick of high school and the people in it, but yeah I wasn't. At least I'm out of there now at last.
And are suits so bad? I wouldn't know what it's like, but I really like dressing up haha.

Well, I'm more of a guy who likes to dress up quite casual since to me the suits are kind of conforming and just very boring to wear. The last time I wore a suit was to a funeral.
So to avoid wearing suits, I avoid going to occasions which requires me to wear one.
