Description
This time not an axe wielding hero, just an old man telling a story to his best friend. I don’t know what the old man has to say, maybe he tells a story about their past as they were young and strong, fought together and won several wars. Now grown old realizing that fighting and winning wars didn’t make him feel any better, he’s tired of fighting and he thanks god that he’s still together with his best friend, his trusty horse…Medium: Digital/Painter (Painters Oils and Watercolors)

This is adorable 
The lighting on this is fantastic, I love the dull gleam off the man's helmet. The texture of the horse's forelock is also very well done. Nice job!

Appreciate faving the article - but much more then that - I appreciate your image. Think most lose sight that fantasy, and for that matter most other genre's of art, does not always have to be built around the theme of violence and conflict - and this image touches an emotional level that's deeper... and will stay with me for a long while.
