on that day she entered the rehab centre with her jacket on
no way he could notice they were any different
one missing above the elbow the other one having no palm
not a single finger she would have ever remembered to have

for on that first day he looked into her face he blushed
now whenever he sees her he seeks for her eyes
pretends not to see how she works out her arms
real ones artificial ones any one in fact

she loves to make him blush
she loves the feeling of getting hot when she hears him gasp
she is so well aware he keeps stealing glances at her every move
