Nice dodge/burn work and that added colour correction gradient... I definitely like how the buildings have turned out... the clouds... are they really part of this image or were they added to it? I like it neverthless.. it just looks kinda flat and angled.. another good one

Yes you are right on the clouds part I added it from another photo I have taken. The sky was so booring then I took the shoot it was not clear and it was not cloudy just gray.
