Description
Like all busty ladies, a bouncing entrance is inevitable, which leads to many bloody noses and usage of CPR. ><this is my side of a Flash trade with and I also agreed to make this her new icon since she requested one.

Hey there, after checking your gallery I see that you have a lot of animations. I know you described yourself as an amature animator, so I'll try to bear that in mind with my critique.
I took many lessons in University in animation, and hopefully what I learn could be of value to you.
Anywho, I digress. I like to start by telling you for frame by frame, it was nicely animated. However, it seemed to go by to fast. I don't have much detail on what you've done, so if you don't mind me asking, what's the frame rate you used? And how many frames is it? Just so I can get an idea.
The blinking seemed to be done rather nicely. Two blinks and *runaway! lol. That seems really cute.
Though I can't help but notice that the eye blink and her bouncing breast seemed to be closely animated together. Like every time she blinks her boobs go down, and when her eyes open her boobs go up. The best way to fix this, I believe, is by adding a few more frames, give the breasts more motion, squash-and-stretch, and perhaps make them a bit more exaggerated. If you do add more frames, this may slow down the blinking a bit, which I doubt would be such a bad thing.
Speaking of breasts, I can't help but notice her cleavage moves. I think what you can do at this part is keep the cleavage where it's at and squash-and-stretch it. Like the "Y" area should stay in the center of her chest, if you get what I mean, and her breasts will look better. If I didn't explain that clearer, please let me know. I'm not very good at explaining myself much.
One of the more notorious mistakes in animation, one I've done in too many of my works, is the expansion or implosion of any person, body part, object, or thing that is currently being animated. Let me explain, once I did an animation, and lord knows it's tedious work. In one of my frame by frame projects, I had to draw on paper and use the "lunchbox" to sort of import it into VHS (gawd I feel old). One of the things I never noticed was that one of my character's bangs was actually shrinking. Regardless that I viewed it many times. I never noticed it until my finals. Because it's one of those things you don't really pay attention to when animation.
In yours, her lower body shrinks. She gets really thin within a few frames. That shouldn't be hard to fix. ^^
Another thing I noticed was that she had no arms. Was this intentional since it seems that the animation was more breast oriented?
One more thing. I see that you tried very hard on secondary animation. Kudos for you ^^ Many people seem to forget that in their animation, but here, I see an attempt, which makes you already better than a chunk of animators on this site. Though I must advice, in the future, do keep that also in mind, that the secondary action is as important as the primary one. I do believe you animated the hair well, but there are a few things I'd like to point out. The hair, when she's popping out of our right-hand corner seems to jerk around a bit. If she's moving towards our left, her hairs should probably be steadily going to our right. Not jerking around too much. And because she isn't moving, more like easing in to our left, moves up slightly, and then exists to the right, you don't require the hair to move too far out to our left.
Maybe when she's easing upward, it could fall down her back and show slightly to the left. Just like a little motion. Since her movements don't seem to be exaggerated by too much.
This part I get a bit confused. Is the view zooming to our left, or is she moving to our right? If it's just the view that's changing, you don't need her hair to move to the left. You can still keep it where it stood, probably straight down her back, but you did good by adding that stretch there, since it gives it more life. However, if she's the one moving, you may need to add a few frames to give us that indication. For example, maybe you can add two or three more frames of her moving slightly down, and maybe two other frames could indicate her turning around a bit, looking like she's heading in a different direction, and maybe one more to make her exit? That way it'd flow better and let the viewers know if she's making the exit or if it's just the view's that changed.
One more thing, if you export something in flash by GIF it usually loses some color quality, and you may need to substitute some of the more "custom" colors for flash ones. However, if you don't wish to do that, what you can do is save what you got as a JPEG sequence, use Photoshop 7 to line them up, and then go to Image Ready (usually there's a button underneath the tools section that takes you directly there) and you can use the animation there. If you like, I can help you with that since I've done it a few times for friends. If you dont' have photoshop, that's okay, you can still use image ready, but for me I find doing the extra step so much easier and less of a hassle but that's just me.

*chuckles* that looks so odd. I love massive tits that jiggle like crazy, but the way they move is kinda comical. They shouldnt' really bounce 'up' till she stopped moving up.
