did u notice the messg? "graffiti is not a crime" that statement is completely untrue in every way. if he were to say something like "art isnt a crime" itd be different. and i do go out and do stuff i just dont have money to be out 24/7

it matters because in the USA, UK, Germany etc. there are some very serious graffiti laws. I am from Bulgaria(that`s in Europe) and here it is quite easy to go out and bomb, plus graffiti is considered minor vandalism and you must pay a 25$ fine..So, where are you from.
