this scarecrow's name is Ragweed. why does he get a name when all the other ones before have not? good question. with Halloween coming up, and lots of free time at work, I decided to get in the spirits. This took me about 3 days to draw with pencil and about 1 day to color.Related content

grate name, grate pic. "Rag Weed" makes him sound like rats live in his head. The grass looks awesome.

sorry, been away from dA for a while, but this is a really cool piece. the shading on the clothes is perfect. and i really like the background---it kind of looks like watercolor. excellent work!

Thanks! Actually I didn't hear back from you before I posted the article. I didn't use anyones work that I didn't hear back from. I plan to do several more articles based around halloween themes.
