Troubled irritable bowel syndrome sufferer, Elwood Dalton makes a living Building Out houses in and around Florida and the east coast. He is approached by Frankie, the owner of an old Out house That needs to be refurbished, because it's full or Old sewage, poop and urine that the community of Glass Key have been using for years...now it's unusable and stinks so bad...Frankie offers Dalton the job... Initially hesitant, Dalton takes up the offer after narrowly averting a diarrhoea episode that was about to explode like a freight train from his pants that could've destroyed a school bus....There's a rival company that want's to build a Hotel where the Outhouse is....the Fight is on to save the shitter...
