5x7 inches oil on plywoodlittle kangaroo that jumps from cloud to cloud
not quite finished yet just waiting for it to dry
so i hit it will some more glazes
sort of an experiment working on raw plywood
with very thin layers of glaze/amber varnish so the paint soaks into the wood

Although being a fellow Aussie I can't help but feel the kangaroo's nose needs to be a little longer... but then I guess it totally loses your style and it'd look a bit too typical.

i left due to low funds n not getting paid yet etc. i decided i wanna travel first before i make a committment like that because it pretty much consumes most of your time when you start as you'd know, i still do tattoo designs for people but i'm just workin n doin some shit for lazy clothing n saving up for a big trip

things here are good we have a tattooist from canda working here now
and and another from poland coming over for the summer. been really busy doing a few really sick pieces that are doing my head in as there so technical hope to get them finshed before summer. other than that just painting lots gettin to painting fluffy gay shit like this one so its bit of a change which is nice

thats the biz, love the plywood for background, i always liked good paintings on bits of cardboard or wood it makes a piece stand out it gives the idea that a good artist doesnt need canvases or proper prepared wood , talent will shine on any medium
