Because as far as I know strigoaică is a witch, but the word and idea is also related to vampirism, which is what the character is. A sort of living vampiric witch I suppose.

No support for Unicode in titles, since titles are then inserted in the URL to the deviation... it's not safe, as far as the trust you offer to the viewer's browser, to do that.
