Michelle Williams is a teenage student with a bright mind and a great future. She loves reptiles. In fact, she decided to pursue an internship centered on reptilian research. She liked about how reptiles are able to regenerate wounds which is why she took an interest in them. One day, after she got accepted for an internship, she got into an accident.

The accident was that she dropped a glass tray containing lizard blood. What she didn't know is that the blood entered a wound made by the glass, fusing with her blood. Despite this, she looked fine in a few days after the accident.

While working, her skin begins to itch.

"Why is my skin itching?" she tries to scratch, only to discover green scales appearing on her hands. "What the...?"

It is then that she decided not to work for the rest of the day.

Later on at night, she sneaks into the lab to get herself checked up. Turning on the lights, she is dressed in a purple black striped long sleeve, pink skinny jeans, and black Converse high top sneakers.

She extracts her blood to see if it's infected. Upon looking at a microscope at her own blood sample, she discovered that her blood has been infected from the lizard blood. With fear, she backs away from the microscope.

Suddenly, she feels a sharp pain in her spine.

"What's happening to me?!"

She turned to face the mirror to see her entire skin is covered with green scales. If that wasn't enough, she felt a lump emerging from the backside of her jeans.

"Something is growing from my jeans?" she asked while putting her transformed hand to where she felt the lump is. She felt it trying to burst open from her backside and after a few seconds of it stretching from inside her jeans, the lump bursts open revealing a long lizard's tail.

Next, her hair falls out, along with her teeth. Her teeth is being replaced with sharp ones. Next, there are some small tears from her the long sleeves of her shirt and she felt her sneakers growing tight as if her feet is growing from the inside. The tears hasten as her growing arms show themselves. Her feet burst out of her shoes and socks. Her toes have extended, her arches have flattened and her heals have shrunk.

Lastly, she grew a snout and her eyes turned yellow. She looked at herself in the mirror to see what she has become.

"Is this me?" Michelle is shocked on seeing what she has become. She stepped back into a corner and sat there huddling in the corner with fear on her face while looking at her now lizard-like hands.

"What have I become?" she said with tears coming out of her eyes.

After a few seconds of crying, she calmed down and started to realize something. Wiping her tears away, she found hope. Remembering her love for reptiles, she decided to make an experiment on herself. She decided to cut one of her fingers to see if it will grow back in her transformed state. She cuts off the ring finger on her left.

"Ow! Now I know how lizards feel pain..." she winced in pain.

After a few seconds, the amputated finger grew back.

"It worked," she said in amazement. She looked at herself in the mirror once again. "I guess being a lizard isn't so bad after all."

Through the night, she decided to explore the lab to get to know about her abilities as an anthro lizard. Luckily, she managed to bring a pizza slice over before going to the lab, and as she chew on it, she felt that her now razor-sharp teeth is strong enough to make a lethal bite. She discovered that she can manipulate her lizard tail into anything, including whipping at high speeds; with this, she can use this ability if she ever gets into a fight.

Finished with exploring her abilities, she went back home to get some sleep. She smiled as she's glad to have transformed into the very thing she loved: a reptile.

The next day, Michelle has managed to create an antidote for her transformation, but she manages to keep a vial of the formula that transformed her so that she can have some excitement for herself.
