It's basically the fairies VS the Grim reaper. I vote for Grim. Simply because fairies aren't deities who control life and death.

That same deity who happens to be the slave to two mere children...and who got his ass handed to him by a housewife.
I love Grim, but people bragging about Billy and/or Mandy being the boss of death is not as impressive when you put it all in perspective.

Death allowed himself to be tricked by two children. That is sad (Yet hilarious). Also explain how someone who "controls life and death" allowed himself to get his ass handed to him by Billy's mother, again a mere housewife.

Not to mention... 1.) He threw in that unwise random "promise" deal that he would be their best friend forever. 2.) rather than quietly go right under that lowest limbo bar to win, he paused to pridefully ask them any last words (my, doesn't pride come before a downfall?

It's plain and simply, silly. It's sheer comedy. Nothing else. It's not like Death is allowed to destroy everything, anyways, he's just there to collect people's souls.

That's my point. Grim is hilarious and perfect for the show the way he is, but as far as something like Death Battle is concerned, feats of besting him or owning him are not that impressive because of his embarrassing (But again hilarious) failures.

That's like saying Chuck Norris or Segata Sanshiro never got a fight because they were joke characters.

I'm just saying Grim being a comedic character works against him and anyone using feats against him in something like Death Battle. It's not like he is some uber powerful toon force user like Bugs Bunny or Popeye. He's (as a fighter) a joke by the standards of his own universe.

Timmy's fairies are a joke aswell, and unlike Grim, they need Timmy's permission to do things. Comparing Billy and Timmy, they both are pretty pathetic, only difference being that Billy is far stupider, but he also has toonforce in his side, while Timmy doesn't.
Grim has been living for countless centuries, taking the souls of every living being in the Universe, so he clearly has much more experience than any fairy for the simply fact that fairies exist only to help lazy kids that need help. And let's just say that Cosmo and Wanda are not the most competent fairies there are. Both sides are goofy, but fairies do not have such godly powers as Grim does.

But this isn't "Cosmo & Wanda vs. Grim" is it Billy vs. Timmy. I agree that if both were thrown in without any help what so ever, Billy would win. However, if they had access to their other worldly aid, I give the edge to Timmy because he is better at using Cosmo & Wanda to aid him than Billy would be using Grim.

That doesn't really matter. Not only the fairies don't have the means to destroy Grim, but Grim can't be killed anyway.

Nor does Grim have a way to kill Cosmo & Wanda. They are magic immortal fairies after all. Also Grim would be less willing to help Billy than Cosmo & Wanda would be to help Timmy.
Although this debate has made me realize how amazing a crossover with Billy & Cosmo would have been. Two of the biggest idiots in the cartoon world.
