I'm unsure tbh. Kairi hasn't shown any combat feats in KH 1 and 2, and I haven't played 3 so I don't know how strong she is. There is some talking about Universal to Multiversal Persona characters in the vs community, so it is could be an uphill battle regardless, but if we ignore stats, Kairi has more variety in magic and hax, while Yukari takes experience and numeral advantage. In the end however doesn't decide the victor. As of now I would side with Yukari mostly because of the Persona buff that is in discussion.
