Bio: Mildred is a sassy and sinister sea witch with a love for the dark arts and loves to make deals with the unfortunate souls who come to her but when people reach their end of the deal she takes their souls and adds them to her "garden"
She also has a grudge against Poseidon for banishing her from the ocean kingdom
she then had plans for revenge by overthrowing him and taking control of the ocean but one day she noticed her Niece and her Feline Fiance and spied on the two with her octopuses and took notice of Chad being disapproved by King Poseidon and then had his octopi pets lure him to her cave for him to beg for help
Mildred then agreed to give Chad the ability to transform into a mercat in exchange for his soul and thus the deal was sealed
