I thought about this when I was playing MK9...and after beating Story Mode like 15 times (but whose counting?) I hated/loved the scene when Sindel whooped almost everybody ass. The other side that hit my motherly side was when Sindel killed her own daughter, Kitana. Being a mother myself, it made me feel so angry to even watch Sindel mercilessly kill her own child, her own flesh and blood. So I recreated this scene and added some other things to make this piece as powerful as it looks.

Before Kitana's death, she looks at her childhood without her mother, wishing that she could hug her one last time...
She stares at her mother's grave Shao Kahn made as her body was buried in Earth.
Kitana sings to her mother in Edenian as her innocent tears fell down her face.
"Mommy...I miss you. I miss you so much." Kitana cried, "I wish that you were here with me as you always promised."
The wind blows as the young Kitana looks behind her. Sindel
appeared as she smiled at her child.
"Mommy!" Kitana said happily, "You came back!"
Kitana runs to hug her mother as Kitana cried on her dress.
"My darling child...don't cry. I will always keep my promise by never leaving your side. I love you Kitana, you will always be my blessing." Sindel said softly.
Kitana smiled as her tears continued to fall. Her mother's soul disappeared into the sky as flower petals dropped on Kitana's head.

Before Kitana said her last breath, she muttered, "I love you too...Mommy."
