I'll probably quit drawing them after over-abusing ideas or after 2-3 more drawings, or, who knows... until another phase catches me or I get artblocked by all the exams I have to face this time of the year >.<
I don't have time to color anything lately... this is also why there's so much pencil work since my last digital in my gallery... I do hope I'll come up with some improvements soon anyway, and then I might even do a digital with a cervintaur. (and that I'd color ofc) ^^
They don't have names, really... I started drawing cervintaurs because of that sole idea I had of Bambi, than liked what I got and tried some more... they're just random young of the species, random scenes. U can name them if u want, ever since the male here is the male in the previous and the baby in the next... but still has no name in my head. XD

Oh no, I've tried many times
Animals are just not in my ability to draw.. So i stick to drawing humans

as long as u can draw and want to draw, it's in your ability to draw no mater what... you just have to be patient, persistent and wanting. 
But then again, u might not be an animal artist by will so I won't stress you. I just want u to keep in mind that you can do anything, if u want strongly enough, by drawing.
As a small critique on ur gallery... I see u draw with a mouse and ur not exactly the patient kind either XD (same here)... check out some linearting and coloring tuts on dev (if u can't find them by mere search, check my tut faves). Many of the hints there will make your life easier, even as a mouse user. ^^
Also u could try get some drawing tuts as well... believe it or not, anime/manga started from real people studies too... But all that in time, whenever u feel like trying something new... just have fun! ^^
