hi everyone i was working on this drawing for about a month now just finish last night. It was a lot of work plus it was so big, next time i will not do that because it take so much of your time, don't get me round i love drawing but i wanted to give up so many time on it but i stick with it and i finish it. Nice work! The shading is really smooth and beautiful. It kind of looks as if the right side of his bandanna's missing the pattern, though...is that the scanner's fault? Either way, I can see the effort put into every inch of this. The hair and jewelry are especially nice.

Your manipulation of soft and hard edges gives this drawing a sense of depth and atmosphere.
Your proportions foreshortening are spot on.
You did a really good job of capturing the feel and character of the model. He has a great countenance to his face.
You have a beautiful range of values here with plenty of contrast.
Great technique displayed here in your use of value changes.

How did you get such a realistic look, like a photo? How did you shade with such smoothness, then how big was your paper?
Why I'm asking because I want to draw beautifully like that, even if it did take a month. THIS IS A MASTERPIECE!!!

Hi there thank you for your comment i used some white stick i forgot the name of them i also use some tissue paper to. The drawing toke me a month because i do work and also becaues it is 18"x24" and so much detail in it. thank you very much.
