I did this illustration just for fun in 2009. According to Deviantart this is my second most viewed and liked artwork. Itβs very interesting, because itβs a quite simple piece in terms of composition and rendering, but it has been much more successful than other pieces in which I spent much more time, adding many details, looking for a more realistic render, etc...Related content

Even before I saw the title of this work, I thought "OMG she's marooned". Fabulous job! Beautiful colors, and the black background without stars conveys vast emptiness. The astronaut has such a look of despair on her face, you can feel it. I love her suit, especially the bubble helmet. Wonderful work.

A beautiful woman in space with nothing but complete serenity around her. Sweeping the galaxy of all that is evil, anything that would do wrong to others- and replacing it with peace and good.
