BEHOLD. LILLIAN.
Lillian is essentially the mother figure to Percy and Fay.... And to the rest of the crew if need be. As a well known and upstanding member of society, Lillian is constantly badgering Fay about "bringing crime to her doorstep." Every time she insists that she won't be able to help them again, she turns right around and leaves her door open for them. Because while she may be a total mess, she loves her aunts children very much.
Another thing, Percy and Lillian don't always see eye to eye. While Lillian is always pestering Percy about her well being and safety, Percy also sees her cousin as a stick in the mud. So as you can imagine, they butt heads quite often.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK. I have been meaning to design Lillian for a while, and only now finally getting to it ^_^
