I like the idea though and for everyone who loves to scare themselves its perfect ;D
The blood (grape juice),face and hair looks so real that when i saw this picture i though it was a photograph.
I love the way you drew the eyes it makes them look shiny and with the red creepy.
Her fingernails look very detailed and so do the grapes on her head.The grapes have a very redish brownish color which makes them very fitting to the picture.
