TR-5 “Scarab” This quadraped walker tank is a recent development for the Auraxii. Its primary weapon is a GAU-77/Repeater autocannon that accelerates explosive rounds up to a max range of 4.5km. On the sides are mounts for 64-launch tubes for missiles of various types. Its power is a 38-kiloton cold fusion reactor.

The mobility of the TR-8 is incomparable to other vehicle as it is able to climb near-vertical surfaces. Large mechanically-actuated servo motors are built into the legs to achieve the top speed of 32km/h. Jet-boosters are installed underneath for limited lift capacity. A pneumatic wench is added to add a towing ability or to help the TR-5 in its climbing.

It's primary operation is to deploy alongside units of infantry to provide direct fire support against armored vehicles or entrenched opponents. During the Uprising on Kor, it's firepower proved critical in supporting non-power armored personnel clearing the major urban centers of the planet.

If the worst comes to pass and the vehicle is mission-killed, the vehicle comes with a Kill-switch to prevent capture.
