In the early years of World War III, the United Hegemony Alliance lead a surprise invasion of the United States of America and it was the first time a foreign power(s) invaded the US homeland since the War of 1812.

Occupation in America was harsh than any of the occupations in the world. American people suffered the brutality of the Chinese, Latin Americans, and Islam forces. The education system underwent dramatic changes with the teachings of Islam, Communism and Latin history, becoming mandatory from an early age. Languages of Chinese, Muslim, and Spanish are also required. All political parties were outlawed in the Occupied Zones. A large number of American citizens, such as teachers, historians, politicians, etc., were sent to special camps for "reeducation". People were subject to arrest and detention without legal representation. Summary executions on the spot were not uncommon.

Most American citizens were treated as second class citizens and were made to work 75-hour workweeks for pennies a day in factories, collective farms, etc. Farming families suffered from starvation as they were required to surrender nearly all their crops to the UHA Occupational Authority.

UIR, Chinese and LAF forces celebrated their victories with burnings of American flags to desecrating cemeteries of fallen US soldiers from WWII to the War on Terror. Among the graves that are desecrated by the occupying forces is legendary American Sniper Chris Kyle who members of the UIR gleefully enjoy vandalizing the grave of the one they called The Devil. Female Americans from the ages of 8 to ’30s are forced into becoming sex slaves to satisfy the occupying soldiers.

They’re small groups of US citizens referred to as collaborators. These people are treated like First-Class citizens by the UHA forces for several reasons, such as they’re former Far-Left Progressives who disapproved the ‘New America’ as they believe it’s still tainted by Right-Wing ‘nutjobs’, took part in the Far-Left uprising during the invasion, helped the UHA Army locate dissenters, etc. Many ordinary American citizens hated the collaborators--some even more than the invaders. From their view, the UHA troops were loyal to their own countries. However, the collaborators were American citizens who had decided to sell out their people. Reports of collaborators being murdered were not uncommon.

In early 2030, American Insurgents begin to stage attacks against the occupation forces in various locations throughout the occupied zones. Attempts to silences them failed as many rebellions continue to grow against the invaders. By late-2030, the combined assaults by the US Armed Forces and the American Rebellion had successfully driven the invaders from American soil. By 2031, WWIII ended as the UIR, last nation standing fell when the UIR capital of Tehran was conquered.
