I feel like his older look needed semi-revamp/update, also cause I missed drawing him lol not even cause I drew him shirtless all the time, but the anatomy is fun to draw. Muscles. Tricky, but fun.
Anyway, Mitch in his glory. Besides that pic I posted back in August, my gallery as of recent was lacking him. I need to add more Mickey into the mix too. The need for genderbend/sexflex is real.

I try and try but I can never seem to get a crisp, tight glow around the characters like yours have

Itβs not a brush setting, itβs a layer effect. If you double click a layer a window will open up that dives you different options to style a layer. Outer glow is the one youβre looking for.
