Description
The Paper Bag Princess is a children's story written by Robert Munsch. In the story the young Princess Elisabeth is betrothed to Prince Ronald who she adores. When a dragon attacks the castle, burning everything and carrying off Ronald for his alter meal. Determined to save him, Elisabeth dons the only thing available (a dirty paper bag) and sets off to save him. She cleverly outwits the dragon, and frees her"beloved." Only to discover Ronald is so disgusted by her appearance he wants nothing to do with her.Related content

MY FAVORITE ROBERT MUNSCH BOOK! I used to LOVE it when I was a kid! I wish I still had that copy that we used to have, back in the 80s... it had more fun art than the newer editions!
