Definitely bears that aquatic feel to it. The lines are craggy and smooth to create a very atmospheric and wonderful drawing. The little veil to Ariel's side adds more to her fantastical nature as a mermaid seeing as you could show the tail. The hair is also very beautiful and gives her that very sea-like feel to her, definitely something good here.
