This is a replica of Link's Hylian Shield from the Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword that I built for customer during the Autumn. Let me know what you think. I can't remember the dimensions off the top of my head but it was a good size, tis was made to scale for someone around 5' 10" tall so I'd guess around the average size of a normal shield.

how did u get teh gold paint so shiny? is it a special paint? spray? type? curious cuz iim building a triforce and would like to get insight into getting it more reflective.

It's a Gold Car Vinyl and it heaters and then stretched over the triforce. There is no spray paint you can buy over the counter that will give you a true gold/chrome finish, unless you go to a special centre to have it coated, but that's very very expensive.

what did you make the edge, S pieces and triforce from? looking to fix up my shield...the styrene is falling apart

It was all stack cards, and the backed with rotocast resin, then fiberglass resin on the front and auto body filler.
