The full title is "i love you no matter how unlovable you think you are".
It's a picture of Jesus holding a girl who's been cutting herself.
It was inspired by the song "How he Loves", performed by David Crowder Band and written by John Mark Macmillian.

i got this idea from watching this video, which is about how the song was written. It's really awesome, watch it:
