The title was just spur of the moment.Sorry about that.
The character here is one of my favorites, I'm very partial to a guy like this. Snow-white hair combined with soft brown eyes. He's got a kid, but hey, he's a good daddy yup he is.
...I won't even bother with further background information, way too long and you won't get it unless you fully understand Vocal. Bastard, haha.......
Anyway, in the future you'll notice that this picture's lines are thicker than the usual that I do. Why? Because I used a thicker inking pen. Durrrrrr

I don't know why you're always telling me I have great charrie designs, when you have some equally wonderful ones yourself! Your lineart always looks so nice and dark & clean. Whenever I see your art it gives me the urge to want to color them XD
