EDIT: Sky revealed she has amber eyes, so here’s a quick edit for that. I lost the layers from this file when my phone drowned this summer, so I had to draw over the flat image, so apologies if it looks messy.

Continuing on with the SkyClan designs, I decided to tackle the MintNettle kits next, the ones who were raised in the gorge before traveling with their parents to join the lake Clans. To start off with, here's Fringewhisker!

Fringewhisker has no physical description given other than her pattern, so I came up with my own for her. I had a hard time deciding how I wanted her to look, how the fringe in her name should factor into her design, what fringe on a cat even means anyway. A friend on one of my Discord server suggested sort of loose, wispy fur on her face, sort of on the fringes of her cheeks, so that's what I went with. She also has kind of fringy fur in her ears and elsewhere on her pelt, and I gave her super-long whiskers as a nod to the second part of her name.

For such a hard design to come up with, I'm really happy with how it turned out. She's not the most beautiful, elegant cat perhaps, but she absolutely looks unique and pretty. I used these images of American Curls as references, as they had that lithe, fringy kind of look that I wanted.

For her pattern, Fringewhisker is described as a white she-cat with brown splotches. I made her mostly white, as fits her description, and I definitely tried to make her brown patches look nice and splotchy. She has no confirmed eye color, so I went with a nice, pale yellow.

Overall, I'm really happy with how she turned out.
