The title suggests lost or broken memories. The colours represent dark memories and vibant memories, some small some that have tremendous impact in our lives. One string is intentionally missing, those are the forgotten memories or the ones we've blocked out.The poppy at the top is my father, the biggest part of the windchime and a big part of my life, never forgotten.
