Description
I sketched this guy while being in Germany. He has been in my mind for a while, but I fail to have a name yet, other than he is/was a former Colonel in the military...I'm not entirely done with his bg story, but it will have to do with Fallen...probably.
He's mutated out of a snapping turtle DNA, so expect some new long tail
As you can see, he's not the youngest anymore either...
More on that later, once I have figured it out!

once I color him, he won't...especially from the side you can see he has a different beak too. it's just, I gave him an edgy look like Raph, so he appears a little more stern and rough.

i can imagine him bursting into war stories, when i was your age we didn't do this fancy kung fu thing. we took down bears with cans of beans and an old tire!

he's not exactly the talkative type, but if you do get his trust...and I mean his trust where he starts actually giving answers, once you ask, you got him to like/accept you. doesn't mean he'll give a full answer, but you can still be proud of yourself!
