Ahh, Furby.
Such a big part of the latter part of my childhood. They are really scary to look back on, but I'm still pretty excited to see them come back.

I've actually never had a furby because they freaked me out. lol! I remember when they were so popular. I didn't expect them to come back to the shelves. I feel indifferent about it now, but I do know that I am not planning to buy one.

Yea, they are pretty scary, and not just by their looks or their clacking beaks and eyes. They'll turn themselves on, if you don't take the batteries off. Since they are supposed to be like a real pet, they decide when it's time to "wake up" and will suddenly just start doing their weird chirping noise in the middle of the night... usually while staring at their owner from the foot of the bed.
