What can i say? i wanted to draw a fight scene between the two orignally and then when i started thinking about it this came into my mind.Throughout the series of Hellsing Alucard is rumored that he is Dracula, and in the Vampire Hunter D series D's father is rumored to be Dracula. So this popped into my head. D is acting very un.. D'ish but hell so is Alucard ^^ I thought it was cute. So sue me.

My friend is a D fan, and I'm a Alucard fan. I point that out to her, and we both laughed(and I said I was the mom, because I want to be Alucard...not happening*cries in a corner*)

Well not really a rumor Alucard indeed is Dracula. And in a way the plots of both manga are in a way consistent as Alucard respects humans. And the Sacred ancestor played a role of a saviour to humanity. Alucard also constantly said that there is no such thing as an immortal which would be accurate with the decline of nobility.

LOL yes Alucard is in fact Vlad the Impaled thus he is The Count Dracula! i like both of the series and it would be funney to see that situation. Although the Vampire hunter D seres let's on that his father Dracula is an evil master mind. I don't think that the Hellsing Alucard fits the bill, for one he's morally defeated by Van Hellsing, two he seems to appreciate humans to some degree, and third while he is cruel and even sadistic he is not "evil" persay(according to me anyways)

This is very funny!... However, if you haven't been told, or found out already, Alucard IS Dracula... So... Ya... There is no rumor there. Hey, and if you haven't heard or checked it out already, I think you'll like the Hellsing Ultimate series! It's great.

Confirmation: Alucard is Dracula. Clue's even in the name. Maxwell says at one point, when the Wallachian army appears from within the Count's Level 0 Release - "D-d...DRACULA!"
Alucard's True Name is Vlad Tepes III, Prince of Wallachia - also known as the Impaler. You get a brief glimpse of his original form when he releases Level 0, wearing armor and carrying a sword.
As for D - I know only that he was originally a conjoined twin born around 10,000 years before the setting. His brother, "Fake D" was separated from him at birth. The two of them are the only confirmed "sons" of Dracula - as they were part of an experiment by the Vampire King to create a perfect hybrid race.
At one point, Dracula's 'memory' says to D - "You are my only success".
What this means exactly, and D's real parentage - is still unknown. I don't even know if the author has any intention of continuing the series.
