WAIT! Before the Flamethrowers go off, just know that I'm a fan of BOTH Halo & Gears of War......but you know I'm right.
I'm still a little hyped about Gears 3 coming out. Can't wait, especially since she'll be gutting Locusts right by your side.

Anya is definitely the preferred. My two reasons are as follows. First. Seven year shelf life. Cortana is limited in how long she lives. Second. The obvious fact that (if you can convince her without getting your butt kicked) she is more fun to cuddle with late at night. That said.... You wouldn't see me deleting Cortana to the recycle bin if I had her.

Did you notice games start to throw female back support characters in the field? Like Grimsdotter in Splinter Cell, now Ayna in GOW. I wonder if we'll get to play as Diana in the new Hitman game.

Very well done. Anya is a perfect example of a well done female character. Shes not just eye candy she is tough and will watch your back to the end.
