This is basically the collapse of russia. I made some lore in the description.By the ending of 2023. Russia was a collapsing Nation, a shadow of its former self, the Wagner rebellion earlier was only little to come. Ukraine with the supply of NATO forces managed to push Russia out of crimea and occupied territories. With the remaining armies they rebelled against Putins rule along with several other protests.
