Harry Potter.
Sometimes people fail to realize that there is someone who secretively or openly cares for them during the hard times. Unfortunately this special person might be taken for granted and soon become forgotten. And only then, after years or so will they be remembered.

"Honestly I believe that Harry is devastated about his breakup with Cho." Hermione Granger stated as she walked down the hallways with long time friend { First Name }.
"Harry is the complete definition of devastated, Hermione. I mean, look at him, he doesn't even bother hanging out with us when we offer to take him to Hogsmeade!" { First Name } { Last Name } exclaimed as she pointed at the boy himself who stood next to Ron Weasley.
"Should we perhaps, help him get over it?" Hermione questioned.
"That, my dear friend, sounds like a plan!" { First Name } responded, linking her arm with Hermione's own as they walked towards the said boy and their other friend, Ron Weasley. She then cleared her throat and announced that they should all go meet with Hagrid. To which Ron and Hermione quickly turned down in synch, saying that they had prefect duty or that Dumbledore had called them to his office.
"Sorry, { First Name }, go with Harry instead? We will meet you guys there!" Ron and Hermione then took off, turning the corner and then blending in with the crowd of wizards. In reality, these two were simply rooting for Harry and { First Name } to make a move on one another.
With a sigh, { First Name } turned to look at the boy who lived only to realize that he was staring at something in front of them. And there she stood, Ginny Weasley, walking with a couple of her own friends who giggled as they walked past.
Saint Valentines day was probably the worst date in the world, or so { First Name } thought, as she proceeded to wander around Diagon alley just window shopping for a box of chocolates to suit her beloved. Unfortunately she deemed all boxes as unsuitable, so she made a mental note to check out Hogsmeade on the route back to Hogwarts.
Rubbing her hands together, she continued walking down the deserted alley. The late winter breeze sent her into the wand shop, quickly waving hello to Ollivander, who gave a short smile and directed the girl towards the back of the shop.
"Harry." She whispered, nudging the sleeping boy who lay on the table. "Harry, everyone's expecting you."
"Give me a second..." Harry yawned out tiredly, still in a sleepy haze, "Gin."
Luna Lovegood recalled entering Hogwarts dormitories with her good friend, Neville Longbottom. They had finally created a plan to get Harry and { First } alone after classes.
“Hey, { Last }, can you perhaps deliver the Potion’s paper to Harry?” Questioned Neville, handing the female a thick packet of paper.
“Oh, alright. I’ll just go and get changed.” { First Name } responded.
And so be it, that the crew was under Harry’s invisible cloak, awaiting to see the precious moment.
The plan should've gone perfectly had it not been for the youngest of the Weasley family showing up with the packet given on prior notice to { First Name }.
Harry sat there, in a trance that Ginny Weasley stood in front of him, holding out his packet.
“Thanks, Gin. I’ve been looking all over for it.” He smiled, taking the packet from the girl and standing up from his seat, walking towards the door.
“Actually Harry, there’s something I’d like to talk to you about.”
“Go for it.”
Needless to say, an announcement was made to congratulate the newly formed couple.
And Luna comforted { First Name } with a endless supply of butterbeer which lasted for a record of three hours.
Years after the battle had ended, a wedding invitation had been sent to all those who were friends of Harry or Ginny. So it was only right for Hermione, Ron and { First } to receive one.
Although siblings with Ginny, Ron decided that if { First } didn't plan on going to the wedding, that neither was he. Ron said ‘best man’ didn't feel right if the ones accomplishments were made with, couldn't attend.
“Ron, you can attend. Harry and Ginny would want you there. Same thing with you, Hermione. You two are most important. Therefore I will also attend.” { First } replied half hearted.
“{ First }! You’re making rash decisions, we can talk this over at the alley!” Hermione retorted.
“No, Hermione. We can’t do this sort of thing to Harry.” { First } responded, clearly tired of the conversation.
“But Harry did this, to you! Why, you? You’ve always been there for him and then he walks over your bloody feelings!” Ron exclaimed as he pulled { First } into a long hug.
“Please. Just tell Harry.”
“Okay.”
Hesitation filled through { First Name }'s mind as she witnessed the scene that unfolded before her. Harry Potter lovingly staring into Ginny Weasley's eyes as he gently placed a hand against his soon-to-be wife's stomach.
"Gee, Potter, don't you know it's real bad news if you see the bride before the wedding?"
Surprised by the sudden comment, Harry cleared his throat, excusing himself from the room and leaving Ginny and { First } alone but tripped and rushed to his feet.
Ginny giggled at her fiancée's clumsy behavior and { First } simply smiled, awaiting for Harry to actually be out of ear shot. "Congratulations Gin. You scored Potter."
"Yes. I'm so happy that you were there for me that day. When you got Potter and I, alone in the classroom." She responded happily.
"Hey, I'm happy if you're happy." { First } replied, shrugging her shoulders and taking in Ginny's image.
“But seriously, { First } don’t you have someone that you should make happy for these upcoming years? I think it’s time we all settle down!”
Maybe this time, people wouldn't mistake her for loving Harry.
But conclude that really.
“Actually, Ginny. I think…”
“She’s already happy as it is.”
{ First Name } { Last Name } was in love with Ginny Weasley all this time.
