I wanted to make Billy gay, but I couldn't hook him up with everyone since they were all taken except Kitty which is literally me and a character that would also make an odd pair, so I made this guy.Chilly is Billy's boyfriend who's a polar bear, while Billy is cool, Chilly is shy and doesn't like to be show offy, but he's not a complete wimp though, still like talks to others casually and like stuff idk.
